Custom Development & Integrations

Enterprise software, built like we own it.

Beyond websites and plugins, we design and engineer complete platforms — customer portals, ordering systems, and full commercial SaaS products. It's our newest passion and our deepest capability, and we run what we build.

The problems this solves

The business has outgrown every tool

01

You've stretched spreadsheets, off-the-shelf apps, and plugins as far as they go. The operation now needs software shaped exactly like the business — and nothing on the market is.

Software vendors don't know your industry

02

Generic platforms force your workflows into their assumptions. The edge cases they can't handle are usually the exact places you make your money.

A product idea with no engineering partner

03

You can see the platform your industry needs — but building it means architecture, design, security, hosting, and a team that sticks around after launch.

Legacy internal systems on borrowed time

04

The critical app someone built years ago still runs the business, but nobody dares touch it. Every year it survives raises the stakes of doing nothing.

What you get

Everything handled. Nothing handed off.

Product strategy and design

We shape the product before we build it — user flows, data model, commercial model, and an interface that feels consumer-grade even when the problem is industrial.

Full-stack platform engineering

Modern TypeScript stacks, clean APIs, role-based portals, payments, and admin tooling — engineered for performance and maintainability, not demo-day theatrics.

Launch and operations

Hosting, monitoring, security, backups, and iteration after real users arrive. We operate platforms, not just deliver repositories.

Proof, not promises

Our newest platform — PlayerKits (sports team identification) and ForemanSuite (a contractor operations OS) — were designed, engineered, and launched end-to-end by this team.

Enterprise software is our newest passion, and it changed how we build everything else. When you’ve designed a commercial SaaS product — portals, roles, payments, uptime obligations — a “simple business website” gets engineered with the same discipline. That’s the standard PlayerKits set for us, and it’s the standard every client project inherits.

Process

From first call to launch — and every day after

  1. 1

    Define the product

The problem, the users, the workflows, and what success costs and returns.

  2. 2

    Architect

Data model, stack, integrations, and security posture — decided before code.

  3. 3

    Build in vertical slices

Working software early, real feedback loops, no year-long black box.

  4. 4

    Harden and launch

Performance, security review, onboarding flows, and a launch plan that isn't just a switch flip.

  5. 5

    Operate and evolve

Monitoring, support, and a roadmap driven by how people actually use it.

Questions

Straight answers

Are you an agency or a software company?

Both, deliberately. The agency work keeps us close to how real businesses operate; the software work gives us engineering depth most agencies can't offer. Enterprise platforms are where the two meet — and they've become our favorite kind of project.

What does a platform project cost?

More than a website, less than an internal IT department — and we scope in phases so you're never funding a black box. The first phase is always a defined, working slice of product, not a pile of documents.

Who owns the platform and the code?

You do, fully — source, infrastructure, and data. If we're building a product together under a different arrangement, that's negotiated openly up front.

Can you take over software someone else built?

Yes. We audit it first — architecture, security, and the risks nobody wrote down — then stabilize before we extend. Rescues are some of our most satisfying work.

Have a platform in your head? Let's architect it.

Tell us what is working, what is not, and where you want the business to go. We'll help you determine the smartest next step — no pressure, no jargon.
